Le Jardin- The Garden Room provides the ambiance of sleeping in a vine-ladened indoor grape arbor, and bathing in a stone rain shower. The room's casual romance is enhanced by the panoramic scenery. $150/$215
Grange de Bois- The Barnwood Suite's decor is wonderfully reminiscent of a french farmhouse. A wrought iron grape trellis bed accents the hickory floor; private french-doored sitting room, gas fireplace, and country tub/shower. $200/$265
Clos de Vigne- The Vineyard Suite offers our most luxurious accommodation for up to four people. A Burgundy bedroom of Victorian fashion is connected via french doors and a jacuzzi bath to a large sitting room with a sleeper sofa. $250/$315
The Inn offers Boat & Breakfast option starting at $350.00 per night
~ Bed and Breakfast Guidelines ~
~ Check-in between 4 and 6 p.m. --- Checkout at 11a.m
~ *Rates based on double occupancy per night and subject to 6% sales tax. Rate ranges between midweek winter to peak season weekend, and an additional fee of up to $50 for one night stays and/or additional persons in a room. Additional charges will be advised at the time a reservation is made.
~ 2 night minimum required on all weekends and all times from July - October
~ In consideration of our guests and to maximize the enjoyment of the gastronomical experience provided by the proprietors, please refrain from smoking and the use of perfumed substances while at the inn.
~ Children are welcome provided they are under parental supervision at all times, are accommodated within the inn's two person per room maximum occupancy, and at the discretion of previously reserved guests. Pets will be considered for barn accommodations under certain conditions, if arranged in advance.
~ A deposit of 50% paid by check or money order within 7 days of making the reservation is required to guarantee your accommodations. Balance will be due 3 weeks prior to arrival.
~ Changes/cancellations must be made more than 14 days prior to the arrival date, or be subject to loss of the 50% deposit. Cancellations less than 72 hours in advance will result in a charge equal to the entire reservation's expected revenue. All monies will be returned at anytime if the inn is able to rebook another reservation in its place to replace the lost revenue.
~ Balance is due by cash, check, or money order. Credit card balance payments will be accepted under certain conditions with a minimal pre-agreed upon fee through the below mentioned process of gift certificates.
Gift Certificate Procedure – The preferred and most expedient method to purchase is to contact the inn directly by calling 231-947-2214 and we will have a Grey Hare Inn certificate mailed the same day with a brochure and map of Old Mission Peninsula creating a well presented gift packet, for which a check can then be mailed for payment to our P.O. Box 1535, Traverse City, Mi 49685. Or you can email your request directly to the inn at [url=mailto:firstname.lastname@example.org, However, if you prefer to use a credit card, or your Paypal account with other payment methods set up, then please contact the inn to review process to be used. You can also charge by credit card by purchasing a Lake to Lake Association gift certificate with a 5% fee added, a transaction that we can arrange for you.
